"The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. "

"La comida no tiene variedad, ningun empleado tenia ganas de trabajar y ganarse su propina excepto por David en el buffet. Nunca nos limpiaron el cuarto. El aire de la habitacion nunca funciono a pesar de enviar 3 veces a un tecnico. Tampoco quisieron cambiar la habitacion. No tengo queja de los restaurantes con reserva. El alchohol es como en todss tragos demasiado dulces. No volveria por el pesimo servicio. La ducha le caian pedazos de cemento del techo. El wifi es demasiado lento."
