Ocean Beach Hotel

"Location was great, right in town by all the restaurants and coffee shops. It is a busy area on the weekend and some great people watching. We got there early and we had a room ready. The beach is right across the street, so it is convenient if you need to go back to the room. The decks are awesome to hang out and watch the sunset and people watching. The tables on the top deck and the common area could use umbrellas for some shade. The only bummer was that the shower that is in the common area to rinse off from the beach was broken. The foot wash worked at least. Overall, we had a great time for a weekend!"

Humphreys Half Moon Inn

"It's a beautiful place. It felt like you were staying somewhere in Hawaii. We had a bottom floor room which was beautiful with a little sitting area outside. The only issue we had was that our room was right by the ice machine and it was super loud when people were getting ice late at night. Not much insulation around our door. Also, someone was going through the garbage by the vending machines getting all the cans out of the garbage at like 2:00 in the morning. The staff was super wonderful. The food was really good too that you could order out by the pool. The hotel is very centrally located to everything as well."
