"Its fine...not what it once was"

"It is ok, but super small. There is only 6 inches on each side of the sink. There is nowhere to open or put your suitcase. Updated nicely a few years ago, but not maintained. The shower fixtures were falling off the wall and the sink drained super slowly. The website said “daily service” but I had to ask for 3 days before I got any new towels, trash collected, new sheets or the floor cleaned."

"Nice place in a great location. Room was clean and comfortable. The grounds are lovely, a perfect place to eat the complimentary breakfast in the morning or have a beverage in the evening. Stayed here a couple of times and each time it’s been great. There’s no staff there after 8pm, but you can call the night person if needed. It hasn’t been an issue for us. Clean, safe, affordable, comfortable, and well located. Can’t go wrong!"

"Room super comfy. Free drinks at the bar ( don’t drink). But the nonalcoholic awesome. Breakfast fantastic. Staff super friendly and nice. "

"We had a lovely time. Although the building is outdated, the place has been spruced up and was clean and comfortable. The pool and 'Sanctuary' was the family favorite. Plus the location is fantastic, right next to some cool shops and coffee."

"On April 24 I attempted to cancel this reservation for May 1 - 3, realizing I was a few hours after the "deadline." I tried to cancel with the hotel but they said I would have to cancel with you. On that day I texted/messaged you on this site and never received a response. I now see I was charged $508.52 on my credit card, presumably for two nights. I want recourse, and mostly first A RESPONSE from you. What are the components of that charge of $508.52. I have used Expedia for many trips and hotel stays for years. I will use you again if I get some satisfaction in response to this message!!!"
