"We booked. Got there and the carpet in the halls is vile. I know thereโ€™s foot traffic but we immediately felt uncomfortable. Part of this includes a floor that was uneven and peeling up. A lock that could be undone with a screwdriver easily from the outside hallway! Windows wide open to air out what exactly? Burn marks on the one rooms floor. We canceled. Just had a terrible vibe and the photos online are very deceiving. In addition, not the best feeling while walking around the neighborhood. "

"It's just a hotel. It's a motel where couples can take a short break. It's located in a food alley in Bangi-dong, so it's great for entertainment, but I don't think you should use it for business trips. And I had no choice but to use it for 100% penalty when I canceled the hotel. It's the worst experience I've ever heard of "Hotels.com"."

"The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a good and basic room but the tub could use some updating. They give you free water and you can do your laundry for free as well but there is no dryer, itโ€™s not a problem though. Itโ€™s a great place if you need a place to stay for a couple of days and youโ€™re not planning to be in your room all day. They have free Netflix to watch tv. The bus stops right across the street and itโ€™s a 15 min walk to the train, so it is easy to get anywhere you need to go. "

"I stayed here for 4 nights. My room was cleaned and the bed made only one day. I was out if the room the other days too, but they never came to clean. As it is a smart hotel, you bring food and drinks in, so cleaning is even more important. They turned off the lights the last 10 mins before checkout.
