“Great staff, facilities where good, breakfast was nice, room was tidy, what else could you ask for.”

“카디프 공항에서 차량으로 30분 정도 떨어진 조용한 호텔입니다. 내부 시설도 좋고 직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 차를 가지고 여행 중이시면 추천 드립니다.”

“Copthorne is now our home in Cardiff every time we are in the City. The staff are always amazing specially Ryan.”

“A good location with good views over Barry. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The property was "tired" and with a good budget, has the potential to be a lovely venue. A good value for money, basic accommodation, if your expectations are not too high.”

“Cozy”

“3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great.....”

“We stayed for two nights & the staff were all lovely and very helpful. We returned wanting food one night not realising that the restaurant was closed but the lady on reception was very helpful supporting to order a food delivery then providing plates and allowing us to eat in the cosy restaurant. The room we had was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. They were”

“We arrived later than planned because of multiple road floodings in and around Cardiff, but staff was really helpful, breakfast was tasty and the whole place was very cosy. We would have loved staying more Nights.”

“Aircon was a bit noisy in the room, pool And sauna were closed for refurbishment and don’t seem to have read this prior to booking?”

“The staff, from the pub to the hotel were absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and kind, telling me certain walking paths to get to the train station”

“Helpful staff, good breakfast and clean rooms.”

“The parking was good, always available . The room was pleasant. The food was good. The problems were - the position on a hectic main road, I didn’t see it mentioned on there review. The heat, though the weather was not hot you could barely open the windows and then had to shut them because of the noise of the traffic and then there was black mold on the bottom of the shower. The staff were pleasant though breakfast was not explained very well!”

“5 star downstairs and outside. Grounds are superb. Room was ok... Bed was big, as was TV, but there were things that let it down. Cheap furniture, a wobbly toilet, an unsuitably small shelf in shower, cheap tea and coffee. Also only one bath towel between two, and one hand towel - no bath mat. For an expensive room (even for a Sunday) it was quite basic in lots of ways, and disappoining when compared to the plush bar and seating areas downstairs. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent....

“Location was convenient for us but the room was noisy with music playing until after 11pm on both nights. Strange smell in the room and no reading lights or fridge.”

“Room was clean, well maintained, nice hot shower & comfy bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits and a decent size cup are always a plus ! Solo female travelling for work. Only stayed for one night but had everything I needed. Felt reasonably safe. Only issue was the 2nd cottages directions sign was on the right hand side of road & obscured by a tree branch, so I didn’t see it & my sat nav took me left at the end of the rd & up a very tight private road to a bungalow based on the post code. Not ideal …....

“Very spacious and in quiet area. Kitchen for breakfast time was great”
