Boston, Massachusetts hotel rooms at the Oakwood

"The location of the hotel is the BEST! So convenient and close to many things. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Enjoyed using the Gym, very clean and great vibe. Just the staff(server and the front person) at the restaurant were not really friendly or helpful. It could be better if they at least smile and are friendly."

"the room was tiny but all that i needed for a single night stay. when in boston you want to spend more time outside exploring the city than in your hotel room so it was peak hotel experience for me. it was affordable which meant i had more money to spend doing city activities. the room had a nice view with some cool decor adorning the walls and space. i chose a room with a shared bathroom but it was very clean with each bathroom having their own toilet, sink and shower with a locking door that showed when it was vacant or occupied. overall a fantastic experience and will 10/10 come back again. "

"The Casino felt very lively! Our room was upgraded upon arrival to the too floor with an absolute beautiful view. The staff was great and professional expect for the maintenance worker we encountered on the day of check out. We had numerous bags and suitcases with us and at the time of check out the elevators were down. We asked the maintenance worker if he could help us with our luggage down the 26 flights of stairs because we were all women and he simply answered “no”. So we had to take all of our things down the 26 flight of stairs, with no help.That was pretty unacceptable considering that this hotel/casino is known worldwide. We spoke with a manager, but not much was done. "
