“The hotel is nice. However I made the reservation through Expedia and selected a room with bathtub/shower combination. It's what I paid for..however we were given a room with a shower only and the clerk said none were available. Again I reserved and paid for the bathtub/ shower specifically for my wife's needs. I'm disappointed”

“The room is clean and the waterpark is amazing! My son enjoyed the waterpark so much!! The building itself though as a whole i feel like needs some major renovation. Carpets look and smell old. Bathrooms need some updating too. The rooms and hallway feels creepy. I wish they will add some modern touch in their property soon!”

“Todo muy limpio y amables”

“Kids loved the indoor water park. Room was nice staff helpful. Didn't care for the trying to sell you a time share all over the main lobby but it was nice”

“Room was nice and comfortable, lots of clean towels refreshed daily. The breakfast is ample but could be better. Nice location and we very much enjoyed our stay!”

“property was very well maintained and the chocolate no bake cookies served in the lobby were delicious. Rooms very spacious and comfortable.”

“The hotel is in a great location. It is clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was very good. There is a fire feature in the center of a very beautiful sitting area. They have a pool. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning.”

“좋은여행이되었습니다”

“I asked to have a reading lamp fixed. Did not. My room was over a ramp that was metal and loud all night when cars used it. Other than that things were fine.”

“Clean and convenient location”

“This is our 2nd experience with an obvious assignment inferior if booked through a 3rd party such as Expedia. The place was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again but not book through a 3rd party.”

“Quiet, clean and comfortable”

“Staff very pleasant.”
