Helpful kind host

저는 The Saga Hotel Hoi An에서 숙박하면서 저의 경험에 매우 만족했습니다.

Best spot in hoi an. Perfect location. Great staff/family.

amazing accommodations! so close to the beach, incredible breakfast, and the staff was so nice and welcoming. highly recommend staying here

If you want the true experience of Hoi An, this is the place! Uniquely and intentionally built just 2 years ago with no fancy chandeliers, or marble floors, but a minimalists’ dream! In the middle of the rice fields with geese and water buffaloes and no TV’s! Peaceful, except at night, you can hear some bass from music/karaoke from the city. I hope it stays this way and they don’t build on all the fields. Not overly crowded with guests flocking the breakfast buffet. Thoughtful and private indoor...

Staff was top notch some of the most caring people.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It was clean, the room was large, the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was simply the best we’ve ever had! It was in a convenient location, just across a short bridge to “downtown” Hoi An. Honestly I didn’t want to leave. If you are wondering where to stay, stop looking and book this hotel. We travel a lot and this is a great place!

Thanks

This was my.fsvorite hotel stay my entire trip in Vietnam! The location is convenient to walk to old town. The staff were incredible and attentive to your every need. Hotel rooms were pristine clean and a good size. The rooftop pool was an amazing place to watch the sunrise and set. 10/10 recommend staying here if visiting Hoi An or DaNang!

Very clean, good service, delicious room service, good view, i will visit next year

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! This gem of a hotel was in the perfect location, had beautiful and pristine clean rooms and had all the amenities. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was exceptional. Lee at the front desk went out of her way to help arrange our activities and even let me borrow a nice sun hat because I didn’t have one. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it perfect for couples and also families (we were a family of 5). I’ll surely be back here again!

We stayed here for one week and absolutely loved it! In a quiet and calm neighborhood a short walk away from the main core of Hoi An. Lots of food options and tons to do, cannot recommend it enough!

Nice amenities and very helpful staffs

Nice and quiet location that's walkable to food and shopping near by. Rooms had AC units and ceiling fans. Showers and sinks worked without issues. Invited my local family to come out from the countryside and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Two bottles of water and instant coffee packs were provided per room daily. Did not have any issues with bugs in the rooms, just the typical mosquitoes here and there. We kept the doors closed most of the time. You pre-order breakfast at the front desk...

Absolutely beautiful stay. The staff were great, hotel was incredibly clean and lots of amenities. The breakfast was wonderful too. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for accommodating us.
