“Smaller than the pictures look. But nice area to see lots of green space. Pool is a fair size and clean. Our Room was small but others might be bigger. Very nice staff. ”

“we reserved a room online for the Dream hotel but when we got there at night we got rejected because they told us they were full however when we went online they took our money with our reservation. They showed us a scam copy claiming that they did not did not take the money however when we check their bank statements it showed that they did. “Pools and grounds are gorgeous. The whole place has a beautiful resort feel. Ocean view is the best on the north shore—crashing surf on two sides and calm swimming lagoon to the west. ”

“Rooms nice but dated ”

“Room was tiniest room I've ever stayed in. Not even space to open our suitcase. There was also something weird about check-in. They reached out to us twice asking what time we would arrive. We knew our room wouldn't be ready, and that was fine! But when we went back at 5 PM our room still wasn't quite ready. Not sure what was up with that. Also, the young lady working at the front desk didn't seem to have much information to share with us about the area or the town. Should have offered...

“Stayed in double queen bedroom, very clean, AC worked well. Had to ask staff multiple times for robes, towels, extra blankets, etc. Small fridge to store drinks but not leftovers. They took out $35/night for a "destination fee."”

“It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this is truly the best location. It’s quiet, with great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! They even provide sunscreen and sunblock. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!”
