The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated the front desk's great service. I would definitely stay at El Castell Motel again. "The location and overall atmosphere were great, but the room was not cleaned properly. There were hairs in several places, and I was especially shocked to find a long strand of hair under the soap holder by the sink—it looked like it had been there for a very long time."

"The good: The room was spotless and very clean. Excellent location- walking distance to all the main shops and restaurants. Areas of opportunity: We so happened to come during a huge heat wave and there is no AC. Asked the front desk about a fan and they didn’t have any fans. Also asked about a water dispenser or anything to refill my water bottle and they suggested the convince store adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast was ok, sort of what you’d expect for a free hotel breakfast. Nothing exciting but did the trick. Overall, would stay here again based on the location and cleanliness. Just make sure you don’t visit during a heatwave. "
