We understand things break but we appreciated how quickly they responded and transfered us even transferjng our luggage to the new roomsThe customer service was exceptional. "I had such an amazing stay. The staff went that extra mile and their kindness is truly unmatched. I unfortunately got sick on my last day (no fault of the hotels) and they let me check out hours later free of charge and they also had an onsite nurse which came numerous times to administer light medication. As a traveler from Australia this practice isn’t common and I didn’t even know it was an option. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Also, the buffet breakfast and ammenities were superb!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at Waterfront Airport Hotel & Casino. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers with an early flight, since it is just across from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and we also enjoyed the dinner buffet. Overall, it was a relaxing and convenient stay before our flight. One small area for improvement would be the room lighting, especially having a better night light near the bed, and more conveniently located electrical outlets or bedside charging ports.
