“The only big complaint was we stayed for 4 nights and never had maid service. We only needed towels replaced and never got them. I never complained because we left so early and got back so late we worked it out. I could have gone down to get more towels at the desk but was hopeful they would show up the next day and they never did.”

On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. “They literally stole my room and refused to refund me. Never gave me a receipt. Never gave a good reason. Just 'ask Expedia. ' But here's a $50 voucher to make up for stealing from you. Unscrupulous hotel. Save your money. Go elsewhere.”

“Near to ABQ Sunport Well connected to the airport by shuttle Breakfast is good It is clean!”

“관리 잘되고 있음 다만 연식이 조금 느껴짐”

“The beds were so uncomfortable! Like sleeping on the box spring. Every time you rolled over they creaked. The pillows were terrible also. The breakfast was very mediocre. Only fruit was bananas at the end of their life. No muffins or pastries. I’m not sure the eggs were even real. And the eggs, ham etc were cold. It all looked pre-processed and microwaved.”
