"This hotel's location was really convenient to all of our activities planned for downtown Phoenix. It's a quick walk to Chase Field and the Suns Arena. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the traffic can be quite congested in this area and we had a really difficult time pulling into to the hotel to check in. We had to circle the block for 45 min because the traffic was so backed up - there was a Dbacks and Suns game on the same day as our check-in. Also, we could hear traffic noise all night long, even from the 7th floor with the AC on."

"Good location in downtown Phoenix. Although parking is an extra cost, the location and ease of getting around make this hotel a good choice if you are attending sporting events or concerts in downtown."

"It was okay to stay for a night, but the floors were dirty- turned my feet black. Hair on bathroom floor, old water damage on walls etc. the age shows. Staff was nice on check in."
