"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. Despite booking a 2 Queen Bed room, I was given a room with King Bed for 2 Adults and Pre-teen that was clearly of lower value and uncomfortable. As a result, I had to sleep on a rollaway bed, which was extremely uncomfortable and led to a poor night’s sleep and a difficult next day.
The hotel offered a $50 credit as compensation, but it could only be used within the property. Given that the restaurant prices were quite high, it felt like we were being pushed to spend more there, which didn’t really make up for the inconvenience.
For the second night, we were finally moved to the correct room, but unfortunately, the air conditioning failed in the middle of the night—during peak Phoenix summer heat. We were provided with a fan, but it was far from adequate, and again, our sleep was significantly disrupted.
Overall, the stay was quite frustrating and fell short of expectations. While I do appreciate that the staff were courteous and made an effort to acknowledge the issues and offer compensation, it ultimately could not make up for the lack of comfort and restful sleep."
