"We loved this property but recognize the steep walk up and 55 steps down to our room might not be for everyone. It was just fine for us because the only noise was the sound of waves against the rocks below our room. Also, communication was excellent for us due to problems with Expedia but our hostess patient and helpful. The rooftop patio was lovely with great views of the harbour. The apartment was spacious with very comfortable furniture. "

"Pasamos unas vacaciones en familia muy agradables. Desde nuestra llegada el personal se portó excelente durante el proceso de checkin, reservaciones para cenas y atención general. El cuarto lo mantuvieron limpio y atendieron a todas nuestras peticiones. La comida fue muy variada y en su mayoría muy buena. Solo algunos platillos faltaron a los estándares pero en general los restaurantes Los Arcos, Don Quijote y Capri ofrecieron excedentes cenas. Los bares cuentan con bartenders experimentados y que pueden preparar un buen trago. Las albercas bien y la playa excelente para nadar, además del servicio gratis de kayak. Definitivamente lo recomiendo para vacaciones familiares o con niños."

"We had a wonderful time at this resort! The rooms were big and very nice. This place is very kid friendly! The staff was amazing! Don’t have a single complaint about the service. I’ve seen a few negative reviews about the food but we all loved it! Every night for dinner, they’d switch it up. One night was Oriental night, Italian the next, Tex-Mex…. Absolutely delicious. The beach was breathtaking, crystal clear water and they had servers on the beach who’d bring you drinks. They were amazing! The only negative thing I can say, was that there was construction on one side of the resort. The seafood restaurant was closed because of this as well at the second pool. Wish we would’ve been informed about this when we booked. Overall we really enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back someday."

"The property itself is beautiful, the beach and surrounding areas are beautiful and clean and not so busy. The customer service is exceptional. The only cons are that there is not an AC in the bedroom, only 2 fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable during the afternoon. Additionally, they have a fridge in the room with snacks that gets locked the night before you check out without warning. We left personal items (new beverages and snacks) in the fridge and were not given the chance to take them out."

"There were a lot of amazing things about this property, including the large rooms with working air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working while we were there and it was a lot of steps to get to our room from town every day. Also, our door was very hard to open and close and we notified the staff, but nothing was done about it. I also asked them to come clean the shower since there was hair in it from the previous guest. They did come and clean, but they didn’t clean the hair. The views were spectacular and the breakfast was delicious. So there were a lot of pros but a few cons. We stayed there for three nights and there’s not a lot of places to eat dinner nearby."
