"Location was excellent, walkable to a few metro stations. However, the rooms do not have a television and only a projector. We had issues with the projector trying to watch Netflix through our phone. We had to collect our various amenities every night and found this troublesome when we were back each night already carrying our shopping hauls. The staff were not that helpful when we requested for water bottles. Only the male staff from Myanmar was helpful and we appreciate his help. "

"The room was dirty. The carpets were not swept. I dropped a coin on the carpet and bent down to look for it that is when I noticed the carpets were not swept and dirty. The carpet was damage. The wall paper was ripped. The room had so much dust that it was so thick around the shower door frame the light fixture and etc. It was so dusty. The lobby was gorgeous but the rooms were a different story. For it to be an upscale hotel, I would say it was not worth what you paid. "

"Perfectly located for our first time in Tokyo. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Loved the lounge on the 19th floor which had beverages and such 24 hours a day. Fighting jet lag, I purchased a frozen pizza from the vending machine, cooked it in the toaster oven at 3 am for breakfast. Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it. Overall, a lovely hotel."
