“Lovely little weekend break, great facilities clean fresh room, nice swimming pool, bonus was the restaurant. Had a lovely buffet 3 course meal for a very reasonable price. Didn't need to leave hotel.

“This has been on my bucket list for some time. We had a wounderful 2 night stay and everything was perfect. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, larger than alot of hotel rooms. You lay in bed at night and could imagine your travelling on a train. The meal was excellent, Beef Wellington to die for, so good and wonderful surroundings in a 1906 Pullman car exquisitely restored. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. Alot of history tied up in this place.”

We had a birthday dinner party for 12 adults in the Garden Room and we were looked after incredibly well. Lovely scenery at no extra charge! Hugely recommended. Best to stay in the main hotel if you can rather than the wagons or sheds. ”

“The Roundabout was a very charming hotel situated in a quiet and peaceful countryside in UK - very appealing for a relaxing family weekend or couple's romantic getaway. However it lacked safety notices which should have been imparted by the hotel staff to foreigners who are new to this kind of environment - for instance, I got burned by the openly exposed copper pipe which was piping hot located along the wall underneath the heater and there was no notice of caution on the public gentlemen...

The decor is a little outdated but that doesn't affect the stay at all. The pub was decent and although we didnt try the food, the menu looked great.”
