“This is a great location, everything is walking distance and not far from the airport. We had a cruise to catch so we stayed just the night. They hold your luggage and staff was friendly. It is a basic room, if you do not need much. They have hang out areas in the building. On our floor, it was outside the rooms and people were loud. So if you are a light sleeper this might not be for you. ”

“We had delays and contacted the hotel to let them know we will be coming a day later. Hotel never sent a code to enter the facility. There is no direct contact to management. We were taken for our money and never stayed in the hotel that we booked on Expedia. This facility needs to be reported and investigated. Do not book a reservation here you will end up stranded on the street. We had to book other hotels for the rest of the week. I will be looking for a refund.”

“The property was beautiful. Felt very very safe. I was traveling with two of my friends and we loved our suit. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had our own washer and dryer, the air conditioning was super cool which was awesome because the weather was very hot. Our room was gorgeous. I will definitely be staying here again”

“Arrived after hours due to delay in flight but had been assured that was not a problem. Waited an hour on the street in the wee morning hours to be let into the hotel. Once in, they couldn't run my card in this building but was going to run it at another location. Then apparently, they dont take Amex even though we were not told and when they tried to run the card later, it wouldnt go through. Understandably, they need paid for us staying. I get it. But it was 6:30am before we got to our room....

Durante toda la estadía, cada vez que necesité asistencia, el personal estuvo disponible y dispuesto a ayudar con excelente actitud. “it was a very nice place affordable, and easy to check in. Only issue is the mosquitoes went crazy me and my boyfriend got bit up a lot by mosquitoes. and couldn’t get fresh towels”
