“Nice welcome at the hotel on arrival Booked last minute to avoid a 4 hr round trip on a very hot day. Room clean, bed comfy, nice linen., decent bathroom and shower. Binocs in the room ( sea view). Fridge and complimentary water. Biscuits / tea coffee. Advised due to heat , if we wanted more water to help ourselves from the fridge in reception. Cooked breakfast order taken on arrival. Good choice of additional items in the morning ( toast fruit cereal, yoghurt). We "dropped on" booking here,...

“Great location only minutes from the station, promenade, pier and beaches. Wonderful hosts who are friendly and happy to help with any questions. Wonderful breakfast and nothing is too much trouble for them plus he makes great poached eggs. It was our wedding anniversary and they surprised us with bottles of Prosecco to celebrate”

“We had a lovely stay, breakfast was amazing!! The only thing we can fault is the bed, it was so hard and uncomfortable that we felt bruised and battered the next morning! Would of definitely stayed another night if it hadn’t of been so uncomfortable as the weather picked up on the day we were leaving ”
