“It was clean and comfortable during the staying period. Strong recommendation for travel to Miami!”

“We found this location to be ideal. The bed comfortable, the room was clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful. They even put out fresh baked cookies in the evening. We found Coconut Grove to be very walkable with shopping and good restaurants and pubs. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was good.”

“차가 있자면 주차 포함으로 예야 약하는게 조금 더 저렴합니다. ”

“Common areas fantastic- loved the rooftop, pool, gym, and the main garden space. Sadly the rooms were dated and extremely dark, with several faulty/broken items and poor quality provided toiletries. Additionally the service wasn't great, having to follow up multiple times on the same items.”

“Good hotel near a Metrorail station. Only quibbles are that the breakfast isn't free and the room lights only come on when you put the room key in a slot near the door.”

“Much”

“Great staff, location and well kept property.”

“Best place ever better than some fancy hotels that I’ve been to that don’t even have smart TV. Nice neighborhood friendly people great place great Little Hideaway honeycomb hideout I go at least once a week and everything is always in tiptop shape for the price. It’s very well kept.”

“Location is always perfect! I have stayed at Arya several times. This was my least favorite room. The bed was uncomfortable and the room Had a faint odor of must or stale smoke I couldn’t put my finger in it but an air freshener and a new bed would make this room better.”

“Always stay within this building when staying in coconut grove wether that be with family or on my own. The self contained apartments are always a winner! Great location for everything within the grove. 20 mins to inter Miami stadium, 25 mins to the airport and 30 mins to the dolphin center. Great location and really great host. If I had to pick one thing to critique it would be that this is a self contained apartment which means no regular cleaning or towel / toilet roll replacement which can...

“Excellent accommodations the host was and went above and beyond to meet our needs will be staying with them again and highly recommended for all of our Umiami families traveling”

“Everything went perfectly! Special thanks to the hosts!”
