"Very nice hotel and staff and very happy with our stay"

"Four day stay was cancelled on arrival by hotel due to it being used for Government Quarantine Service, we were only allowed a new night stay and had to make our own alternative arrangements. Management were apologetic but didn’t resolve issue of us having no accommodation for 3 nights and no notice. Do not use this hotel Still awaiting refund 😡"

"We stayed one night, the car park is free and is located behind the Crawley's High Street. The price was quite low for a well-known brand like Ramada, but the hotel looks a little bit unmaintained and the fact that we didn't had hot water at all made us not being too surprised about it."

"Stayed here a good few times, so I know what’s available, it’s convenient to walk into town, Food and wine reasonably priced, but please look into the red wine selection by glass, I’d pay more as it’s all like liquid jam! "
