“I liked so many things about Curtain Bluff. The beach area is beautiful and all of the activities are within easy reach. The food was diverse and delicious. A new dinner menu every evening with wonderful choices. Everybody was extremely friends, including the people who were also vacationing there. I loved the open-ness of the public areas, so it was cool and comfortable without being air conditioned. It was a great spot to relax or keep busy.”

“The beach was unbeatable. The sand was great, no rocks. The water was beautiful, warm and turquoise. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Service was a bit slow at times but we weren’t in a rush. Some areas had sewage smell wafting. Need to improve the sanitation in that regard. ”

But we rented a car and hit other beaches after first day and we ate at restaurants throughout the island. Easy check in & check out. All concerns addressed immediately. Safe property. I was very anxious from previous reviews about the shutters and no glass windows, as I’m a light sleeper. The frog or bird noises at night did not bother me at all. We did go in...

“Blue Waters is "Heaven on Earth" and the staff is great! Make sure you go and see Tiquesha (Concierge) for all of your excursions. Also, Nichole and Julia are great if there are ever any issues with anything. I will be returning to Blue Waters next year!”

“The beach is gorgeous and the staff are fantastic. Good selection of non-motorised water sports, bed is comfy and the free minibar (soft drinks only) is a nice touch. Only reasons for 4 not 5 star rating was that I thought the on site restaurants were a little over priced for the food as were the drinks, and shower gels etc we’re not replenished (minor touch I appreciate). ”
