“Food was not as good as it used to be. Marina Pizza was an 8.5 out of 10 in previous years and was 5 on this last trip. ”

“We had three room locations. First room smelled of mold and had tiny parasites/worms that came out of the toilet when it was flushed. Second room had water leaking through the vent above our toilet when it rained. Our hallway was lined with four big garbage cans that were filled to capacity. We then relocated to our third room. Staff were understanding and tried to accommodate but the hotel was at full capacity. ”

“Out of five catamarans only two were in sailing condition. The pool table sags in the center. The air hockey table doesn’t work. There was no ball for fuss ball table. Despite being an all-inclusive resort, tip jars were everywhere. We were unable to get reservations at any à la carte restaurant all week; this is done via app. The buildings need cleaning and renovations. The beach is superb. The room was quiet except one night when neighbors were speaking loudly after midnight. The trapeze...
