“Perfect stay, live like a king with the kindness”

“Our butler Cesar was amazing. I loved the place it was clean, fast food service. The room was always clean as well. One downside was the "inclusive golf course" we stayed over 5 days and they said we just had to pay cart fee and rent clubs. Low and behold that ran me $254(2 people), not sure what the inclusive part was, because when I checked local tee times it was $64 per person. The course was also like a 3/5 in terms of quality, id compare it to like $45 course in indiana. Other than that...

“From outside the room the room number plate was missing. Our private rooftop pool was dirty and never cleaned in the six nights we were there. The blackout curtains were missing and we couldn’t sleep past 5am from the sunlight. Staff kept saying they’d look into it and then tried installing it our last night there when we were going to dinner.”

“The property was relaxing but I did not like seeing the birds flying through and landing on the tables while we were having a meal in the opened restaurants also it was difficult communicating with the staff due to the language barrier”

“More variety in the room mini bar. The food was horrible. It felt like a scam.”
