“Facility is very beautiful and the pools are outstanding. Unfortunately, only one pool allows kid. So nobody is in the adult pools while the kid pool is crowded. Because the pools are huge, the kid pool is ok to swim. We ended up living one adult to oversea the kid and other adults swim in the adult pools. The beach is very nice but lots of algae. We still spent lots of time there. Room is quite clean except the couch is very dirty. The front desk keeps mishandling our luggage. However, staffs...

“Clean well maintain rooms (we had the family room). Entertainment was on point. The food was “ok” with many choices. The staff was helpful and cordial. There was a lot for everyone to enjoy. They only thing I have to point out was that the hotel lacks a checking/out system. They seemed to still doing things by pen and paper which delays both processes and although you have to wait the staff is very apologetic and do everything to be sure they help you as best as they can.”
