"The resort is very big, hard to get rooms near each other if in a large party. The walk to dinner, pool, golf was long and needed additional planning. The staff was cordial, but not overly friendly or helpful. "

"Staff in general is great. Waiters , entertainment, bar tenders , etc are great. The smell in the dining room is horrible, the buffet room location is Terrible at Bavaro, we could not eat there even one day, smells as sewerage. We had to jumped into Punta Cana restaurant. Hope you can take this in consideration and they fix this ! Thank you "

"As a family with two kids, age 10 and six, we absolutely loved our stay here. This resort cannot be beat in terms of amenities and activities to do for kids from morning tonight! All of the entertainment staff is exceptional and goes above and beyond and is so fun and friendly. We enjoyed our à la cart restaurants, as well as the buffet for other meals."
