“Rooms are not clean, filthy carpets, spiders and webs in areas of ceiling. No hand wash, people clearly smoking when they shouldn't be. We could smell cigarettes in our room and all down the corridor. Breakfast is chaos, people grabbing at everything, at times no plates or bowls left. Doesn't matter if you try come down early it's packed. Floors are dirty with people dropping food on for and it doesn't get cleaned up.
