"Somewhat amazing hotel. Professional hospitality, good system. Just in front of Milano Cenral Station. /The air-contioner had some problem; I wanted to power off it as it's too cold foe me, but the display was out of order; one tried to fix it, but failed; another one tried again to succeed to power off; but the cold wind did'nt stop blowing toward me; they offered to change room. Although I didn't feel good about the trouble, I found that they are well educated for behave on troublesome situations./ The room and bathroom are surprisingly clean. This is the best hotel among nearly 15 hotels I stayed this year./ After one day in another hotel, I return to this hotel tommorrow."

"역에서 아주 가까워서 좋았습니다. 조식은 사실 4일 내리 같은 음식에 일부는 전날 나온 음식(베이컨)으로 딱딱하게 굳어있긴했습니다만, 그것을 제외하고는 준비된 베이커리도 만족스러웠어요~ 안전상으로도 벨보이 분이 계셔서 안심되었고,특히나 숙박객의 얼굴을 기억해서 서비스를 제공한다는 점도 만족스러웠습니다. 룸은 약간 한국의 모텔같은 느낌이었으나 전체적으로 깔끔하고 독특했어요~ "

"직원들은 친절하고 서비스가 훌륭했습니다. 트리플룸을 예약했는데 방은 넓고 깨끗했으며, 마치 다른 공간처럼 침대 두 개를 분리해 프라이버시를 보호할 수 있었습니다. 밀라노대성당 바로 옆이라 이동하기에도 좋았습니다. 프런트에 보관해둔 짐을 찾는데 어려움이 있었지만 생수와 초콜릿을 서비스해 줄 만큼 배려가 세심했습니다."

"숙소 정말 깨끗하고 넓고 좋았어요 신혼여행으로 잠시 머무른 곳 중에 가장 좋았습니다 가격도 나름 저렴한편에 공항까지가는 셔틀이나 지하철, 기차역 모두 가깝고 편리했습니다. 직원들 또한 매우 친절하고 서비스, 조식 모두 좋았어요 솔직히 4점이나 3점 주는게 좀 깐깐한 사람들 평인것같고 무난한 성격이라면 정말 만족하실거라 생각합니다."

"The room's hygiene condition was good, and the bathroom was spacious enough compared to other hotels in Milan. The overall interior was modern and very comfortable. The best thing I liked about the hotel was breakfast buffet. Really tasty and had various choices."
