“Great value for the cost. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and we encountered no issues. Although some guests mention the lack of elevators, staff ask at check-in whether you can switch to a tower that has them if space is open. The room was tidy. LOVED THE RIU PARTY! The jungle themed was the best one. I struggle to see the benefit in paying three to four times more at a different resort where you won’t really notice a major difference. “We enjoyed our stay! Did not realize how far everything was at the resort! It was such a maze to find our swim up room fe the lobby! Could use a facelift but property was clean!”

“Our first room was in bad condition, so they had to change us on the second day, which was a major inconvenience. The refrigerator was broke, the shower was broke and the phone had no directory on it. The bar tenders at the swim up pool were very rude, the 24hr lounge had no food in it after coming back from the club. I expected better from Riu, but I was disappointed.”

“The resort was beautiful, the location was perfect for shopping and night life and the staff was so friendly and helpful. From the pool wait staff (Norma) to our butler Freddy and Yuki with entertainment, everyone made our trip so enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again anytime we return.”

“The food in the restaurants was excellent. I was also pleasantly surprised the bars had higher end alcohol. Would definitely return very soon!”

“Their deposit reimbursement may take like a week or more unlike other top-level hotels, and they deliberately try to delay the returning process by not picking up phone call or replying to e-mail. Worst experience.”

“my room was old and uncleaned. But they aolve the problems.”

“Amazing resort. Very helpful staff. Food is great. Should consider adding halal meat options to restaurants!”

“Rooms were a bit dated. Hallways were dirty. Elevators were non working in areas and dirty as well. Dress code restrictions and no reservation option made eating a challenge for a beach resort. Definitely over priced. Slow room service. Pools were nice but no staff taking orders around pool as would be expected at an all inclusive resort. Would not go there again.”
