“It's easily one of the most well decorated and beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at. Seriously designers should be given an award of some type it's incredible. However I had very mixed experiences with the restaurant staff and the design comes with some usability drawbacks. There a ton of little things that make the hotel less than ideal. A non-exhaustive of examples: - The makeup mirrors are mounted 6ft off the ground and cannot pivot downwards - we stayed in an upgraded room that was located...

“The staffs were amazing, gave us a little gift on our checkout. They were very attentive, kind, and amazing. It was the best hospitality in Madeira (funchal hotels were horrible in comparison). The room was nice and clean, with amazing (at night a little bit scary) view of the ocean and waves. I highly recommend!”
