“I really appreciated how warmly they welcomed my dog.”

“The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. ”

“Rooms need a refrigerator that we can use to keep water cold. Where are the ice machines? I found one hidden behind the bar by the pool. Very noisy. Loud yelling/fight near the fountain woke us up. With a female yelling at a male to “get away from her” seems like security would have come. Our neighbors were very noisy. Up late and up early. I think 4 girls on spring break. Be mindful of where you put spring breakers right next to a family with kids. Pool was freezing. Housekeeping was good and...

“The property is very beautiful, however, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talk, kids, doors slam, etc. Same for the cleaning ladies, they start early and it’s very noisy due to the thin walls. Having said all that. We do want to stay here again next year. Just have the expectation that it’s not quiet/peaceful. ”

“I would encourage you to double check your room before you settle in. Our experience was poor in regards to dirty fridge, we were given the wrong room and they would have still charged us for the more expensive room if we had not brought it to their attention. We also had a leaky toilet. For the price we paid, I had higher expectations. I would like to note that once we brought this to the staffs attention, they were incredibly accommodating and sincerely apologetic.”

“The room and the grounds were wonderful. We had one of the cottages for an overnight. The refrigerator did not work and we noticed it too late thus our food was spoiled. The ac in the front part of the cottage did not work. After i informed mgmt at checkout they said they will look into it. ”

“Staff all around was rude, unhelpful and impatient, especially the cashiers. Waited 20 minutes for an iron and almost one hour for other items and had to go to the front desk for them. The property is dated and the rooms were dark and musty. Kids had a mediocre time. Didn't try the food other than the dipping dots Late check out at 2pm is an additional $59.00 Wristbands used to open the gate out the parking lot don't work well. Lady at time share kiosk seemed more like a used car salesman...

“Really cute and clean roooms as well as beautiful common areas. Bar and restaurant were good and stayed busy. The spa was a highlight of the trip with excellent services and staff. It was a little bit of a challenge to get a pool chair so I recommend getting there early. By lunch time there were a lot of chairs being "saved" with towels/shoes etc with no one using them for hours adding some sort of policy around this would improve the experience. Overall loved the hotel and would come back again...

“This was the second year in a row we stayed at Adero for our December long weekend. Since the previous year the property has seen some lovely upgrades and improvements. The classes that were offered were excellent for both Pilates and yoga. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I don’t like is paying for parking. The location is a get away from the center of the city so having parking shouldn’t be an extra cost. Otherwise would recommend. ”
