“My comment isn’t about the ripped and lumpy bed or the outdated decor. It’s about the amount of money I paid for it. When you drive up, you sort of know what to expect: average, mediocre, nothing fancy , but the amount being charged was no savings. I felt sorry for the really helpful and friendly staff who had to deal with quite a few very unhappy customers.”

“Room smelled musty but able to open windows. Renovations somewhat incomplete, bathroom door interior painted around hanging blow dryer, trim around unit door not painted,Be careful closing door and check lock is engaged, sometimes able to push door and it opened.”

“This was a nice place to stay with parking right next-door and very easy entry. No issues whatsoever with not having a front desk. I did have to message a couple of times because I didn’t get the info email with door code early enough in my opinion. After messaging an hour before check-in time, I did receive it, but I feel like that system was a little glitchy. Room was great, stayed with a friend, so one of us had the pullout, and one of us had the bed. Everything was clean and worked well....

“If you like quaint 150 year old properties, this if fine. But you also get inflexible check-in, no amenities other than the room and a coffee machine in the hall and a small room with a mini shower in the room and a stepdown bathroom (leading to a stumble in the night). What is similar to other hotels in town (say the Arden Park) is the price per night - yet those hotels have many more amenities and more comfortable rooms. Good location for theatre going, however and plenty parking.”

“Great Place to stay in Stratford! Located on the Main Street. Beautiful clean well stocked room. Great restaurant… loved the outdoor patio! We visited several different stores in the area all within walking distance including the Theatre. The Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! I’d highly recommend staying at the Bentley Inn when in town.”

“A comfortable place to spend the night. Very good value. Nothing fancy, but obvious they are putting effort into the upkeep. Climate control was excellent. The curtains allowed much natural light to pass through without compromising privacy. Will consider it again in the future.”

“We had a fantastic stay in Stratford. This B&B is within walking distance of the downtown core and it was super easy to get back after a show. The property was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the washroom super nice, and our hosts were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious!”

“We stayed in the room with Twin XL beds, decorated in pleasing neutral colors--unlike many B&Bs, which seem to have been put together somewhat arbitrarily. Our suite felt like a pied a terre. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Andrew and his wife were so accommodating, and fulfilled any request on the spot. I have to say, they are quite an amazing couple. I was blown away when Andrew told us he did all the renovations himself, they were so professional. Breakfast was generous and...
