“It looked good”

“The place reeks of cigarettes, dirty and ashes everywhere. You have to pay for your drinks. This is not a place to bring your kids, this is an only adult establishment. More like just a gambling place, they really don’t want people to stay overnight. The rooms are clean, but cramped and not a lot of floor space and no desk. The machines are just money hungry with no wins in sight. Just go to Mohegan Sun , it’s cleaner and the rooms are spacious and the staff are awesome and if you have children...

“I checked in to this hotel on July 4th. I had clearly reserved a room with one king bed through Expedia, but was given a room with two queen beds instead. This was the hotel's mistake, not mine. After pointing this out, they moved us to a king room—the room we originally paid for. No apology, no explanation. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The new room had a clogged sink that wouldn’t drain at all. We called the front desk, and it took 30 minutes for someone to show up. The...

“The staff were so helpful, accommodating, and kind! They went above and beyond and I am so appreciative of them. Really made my stay here an absolute pleasure. Thanks again for going above and beyond!”

“Peaceful”

“I asked for water and it never came. The rest was good. Coffee is very good”

“This is my favorite place to stay in Smithfield. Clean room, adequate fitness center (there's a recumbent cycle; that's all I need) and a pool, although I didn't use it. I love the included breakfast, although I usually skip the rubbery omelets. Front desk staff is always helpful, and the bed is comfy.”

“This hotel is said to clean the room only once a week. So the floor of the room is a bit messy. Maybe because it's next to the hospital, there seem to be a lot of long-term guests, and overall, I don't recommend choosing this hotel for a family trip.”

“Very clean, very comfortable, it was nice to have free breakfast. Pool was clean but it could have been warmer. Overall I would recommend this property.”

“I found everything okay the only thing that sort of bothered me was just to check in the park the key situation but I'm new to the phone technology so that's where the problem came in for me but besides that everything else is okay thank you”

“Everything was excellent”
