“We stayed in a suite for 4 nights while exploring the Williamsburg area. It was great! We enjoyed the pool. I got some laundry done while we were there. The game room was fun. We enjoyed playing air hockey, fooseball and chess. Stores and restaurants were really close. I went to Food Lion to get groceries to keep in the room. We had a refrigerator, stove and microwave. Wr saved money by not always eating out. Colonial Williamsburg is just down the road. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall the property seemed well kept visually. Our room was clean and exactly as pictured. The reason I'm not leaving a 5-star review has to do with the fact that there were lots of maintenance issues during our stay. Upon arrival, the computers were down making for a much slower check in. The staff was doing their best to accommodate despite the issue. The second day we were there the elevator was out of service, and was still out of service upon our departure the following day. “We liked the location of the hotel as it was close to all of the places we visited in Williamsburg. The staff was very helpful and the cleaning lady who was assigned to our room was friendly and did a good job of cleaning our bathroom every day and replenishing our towels. We were concerned, though, that there was no non-slip mat in the bathtub. “Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. “Its a great place even if a little dated. We have stayed here before and liked it enough to stay again. There were a few things that were not the greatest like my son found a cough drop wrapped in the cover of his bed and the dresser had a huge hole in the second drawer. The room didn't have a screen door like the other rooms did so I was a little disappointed about that, it was one of my wife's favorite things about the place. “Absolutely pleasantly surprised by how great the property, room, and staff was. Front desk was incredibly helpful, our room was very spacious and comfortable. Outdoor area was great for relaxing and comfortable. Location couldn’t have been better. 1 mile to both downtown Williamsburg and to the nearest grocery store. Would recommend to families, our 10 + 7YO were very impressed”
