“Rooms clean, staff polite and helpful, and nice comp breakfast! Thank you!”

“The old building has been renovated with a kitschy design. Staffs were friendly and room was clean. But the room needed to be improved. It was extremely bothersome to unplug the bedside stand just to charge my mobile phone. Also the room lacks a fridge, and the lighting was too dim. I would visit the hotel right next, which shares facilities like the pool and restaurant with here - which means we had to go there to use these.”

“Beautiful historic hotel in a wonderful location. Friendly, accommodating staff and a great breakfast! What's not to like?”

“Comfortable bed”

“The refrigerator in room broke. Ice machine broke. Toliet did not work properly. Toilet seat was wrong size. Mirror in sink area broke. Lights flashed on and off.”

“Staff and service were excellent. Our intake concierge (Eddie, I think?) was extremely informative. I would say a few wall hooks here and there in the room would be excellent storage aids, as would some additional shelf spaces around the petite vanity.”

“Everything was great”

“everyone was super nice, shower wasn’t the best & the water pressure sucked. bed had long black hair inside the sheets, the pull out couch was stained.. never got it changed after calling and going down to ask, the staff closed the elevators and made you take the steps during random hours of the day which was really inconvenient being we were there for a celebration and did a lot of shopping so it was a lot of unnecessary and uncomfortable trips up four flights of stairs.”

“친절하고 깔끔한 내부”

“Quaint property with a very accessible location and free parking! Would be a pleasure to revisit.”

“Stay here for business trips, the last room was different than the others , was not as refreshed as the previous stays. Would still book again regardless.”
