โWonderful modern hotel in the heart of Liverpool. Awesome staff, big room with nice design. I lived my stay there and would return anytime. Anyway two topics for improvement: The mirror in the bathroom needs a light, I could not shave myself properly and the desk needs a lamp as well. I was unhappy that the window could not be fully opened due safety regulations. As the week was very hot outside the room could not be vented with fresh air. But the hotel provided an electric vent. โFirst time visiting Liverpool and first time staying in a radison red hotel. The hotel is right next door to trainstation and weatherspoons and the theatre which is very handy. The staff in the hotel help in so many ways even helping lift my mums wheelchair and our luggage down the few stairs. When I come back this is the only hotel I will come back to as you feel very safe having to use keycards for lift etc. โ
โWe chose this hotel for our 29th wedding anniversary, it didnโt disappoint. Staff were great, room was lovely, food was great. Hope to go back soon.
