"Clean room, very nice staff"

"Very small rooms and AC wouldn’t function. We did open our windows but there was no cross breeze. Size of shower was laughable. I wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay. The hotel is in a great location and very friendly staff. Great drinks bar bar and food breakfast. "

"The hotel was just lovely!! The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms are just perfect. The hotel is located on Tronchetto part of Venice. This is about 25-minute walk away from the main city, but you can hust hop on the People Mover/Monorail that is designed to get you from Tronchetto to the main city in 5 minutes. Also, you can pay for it via tapping your card, and it only costs €1.50 per person per ride so won't hurt your wallet. All in all, lovely place to stay at! "

"There was no heat or air conditioning. Nights are cool. We found a duvet in a cupboard. The location is very close to the grand canal, about 3 minutes to Accademia and excellent restaurants and coffee shops. There is NO elevator. Very bad for 2 almost 70 year olds each with a bad knee and I have a twisted pelvis. Neither of us should be carrying suitcases up and down stairs. NOT SECURE - The 24 hour front desk is located in another building so not helpful. Other guests kept leaving the front street door open & unlocked and with no staff around to check it, it’s hard to know if it was open all night or not. There was no secure lock on the guestroom door. Breakfast variety was good but the eggs were dried out and bacon burnt or undercooked, and as this is all I eat for me this meant no breakfast so we went elsewhere and bought. The last morning we had hoped for espresso or cappuccino before we left but again, there was no staff around to make it. And we had no idea where to find them. The junior suite was spacious as advertised. It was clean if not luxurious, but a secure lock would have allowed for better sleep. There was a safe in the room. The wifi signal was strong."

"Property was very nice and clean.Breakfast was great. Staff very helpful. Pizza place close to the hotel was very good and just a 5 mins walk.Free Shuttle service is always a plus. Just make sure you book it in advance. All in all really great hotel."
