"This is a newly build property on water front in Venice. This was a pleasant surprise compared to most of the hotels in Italy which are congested and lack fresh air. We enjoyed our stay at B & B"

"The hotel was fine. I booked there because it had an airport shuttle but found out it did not start until 5 am and we had to leave earlier. Cost us an extra $50 so it wasn’t worth staying there. The one pro was the train station was directly behind the hotel and we were able to take the train into Venice and back for $8 pp. "

"The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was very good. The hotel location was far from everything, but the building was kind of new if you consider it is Venice. So I think in the end we preferred being in a newer building and walking more to get to the attractions. I recommend this hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay overall. The apartment is modern, comfortable, and located in a fantastic neighborhood. One of my favorite features was the beautiful skylight-style windows in the ceiling, which filled the space with natural light and gave it a unique charm. The location was excellent—quiet enough to feel relaxed, but still convenient for exploring Venice. The only minor challenge was the keyless entry system, which relies on a cell phone connection. At times the internet signal was weak, making it a little difficult to access the apartment. It might be helpful to have a backup option such as a code or physical key for guests who experience connectivity issues. That said, this was a small inconvenience in an otherwise lovely stay. I would happily recommend this apartment to others visiting Venice."
