"Everything except the condition of the lobby and the breakfast options was excellent!! The lobby is still under construction and it definitely takes away from the ambience of the hotel. Also the “continental” breakfast was also lacking. There was no water, juice and coffee was cold. Hopefully once the construction is completed the issues will be resolved. Overall I enjoyed my stay!"

"They make you seem like they giving you 25 per day if you dine in hotel but Actually you pay for the dinning. they just waive the 25 resort fee if you purchase something, but you are paying the full amount for food and drinks.and tax So I would have just paid the 50 for 2 days and not had the extra food and drink money on my bill. Not happy .."

"Property is well kept, location was perfect to walk to restaurants and shops. As far as the room shower and pillows need improvement, shower weak and pillows with zero support. Overall a good experience but expected more from a 4 stars hotel . "

The only objection is that expedia had said that all charges were included in their pricing and I was charged an extra $100 upon leaving as a standard Chicago fee. This is not correct name but the fee did not apply to any service used or contracted for, any purchase made and was not explained at check-in but was withheld on credit card.
