โThe location is perfect if you are wanting to explore Temple Bar! You can definitely hear people partying pretty late but that didnโt bother us, it comes with the location. The room is also quite small but my partner and I are both on the smaller side so we were good with that too. In addition, the staff was absolutely amazing and you had to scan your card to get to the floor your room was on so we definitely felt very safe (Dublin itself felt really safe to us in general). โThe units were comfortable and really designed for those who plan to be "out and about." The rooms provide the basics and are very clean. We actually stayed at the facility twice due to the excellent location. We suggest asking for one of the upper floors because there is quite a bit of street noise on the south side that one can hear.โ
โLoved everything about this hotel and experience. The only thing to note is that if you are a couple sharing a room, the bed is up against a wall, meaning you have to climb over your partner to pee in the middle of the night. If youโre in your mid 40s, be prepared! We will definitely come back. โ

โWe chose the Ashling hotel because of its location near the Dublin Heuston train station. It's an easy walk across the river from the station to the Ashling. Upon check-in, staff was friendly, gave us an upgraded room with a view of the City (we could see Guinness) from our window, and offered dining suggestions. You can access most of the main city attractions within a mile of the hotel, so it is very walkable. We would stay here again.โ
โCustomer service is exceptional. When we checked in, we had a second floor, and some construction was happening on the floor above. The front desk staff were accommodating and placed us on the fifth floor. We are delighted with the time we spent there. We highly recommend the hotel.โ
