"The pictures for this cabin do not do it justice, it looks even better in person. I loved that the fireplace was on when we arrived which gave it a welcoming feel. They also had plenty of cooking utensils and cookware, even food storage. This was great since we cooked breakfast and dinner at the cabin. Great mattresses as well, would definitely go back."

"We love the “beach feel” of the resort! Just got back from our second stay. Beautiful property!! The mattresses were wonderfully comfy. The only negative is the price- compared to the gorgeous Dollywood resorts, it’s a tad overpriced. We also wish the gift shop had more items."

"We have stayed here several times and never had any major issues. Staff is always great, rooms are always clean. I was a little bummed no Hot Tub at the hotel, however we could have used the one at the Inn across the street, and for some reason, our bathroom door wouldn't lock. Overall it was a great stay and we will book there again."

"All the pros: 1. Very clean, fresh-smelling room! 2. There was a printed-out TV channel guide in the room, which is something I see less and less of, so it was appreciated and made finding cartoons a breeze. 3. When we needed extra towels, the staff was friendly and quick getting them to us. 4. The elevators are glass, so you can see the mountains as you ride! 5. Very convenient location right on the "main drag" in Pigeon Forge closer to the Sevierville end, but it's situated a bit off the road, so you don't hear traffic sounds. 6. Fun, clean indoor pool area with a slide! 7. Abundant parking. 8. Check-out was 11am, (not 10am, which seems like the "new normal"). 9. Arcade room, which our 5-year-old loved. Con: Only one- the walls were thin enough to hear loud kiddos around us, one time late into the night. That's the only reason I took one star away in my overall review. If you happen to be in a room surrounded by non-loud children, then I'm confident you'll have a 5-star stay.😉"
