"The internet was terrible. It was so poorly functioning that we had to go to Starbucks to get some decent Wi-Fi. The permanent residents there apparently do get decent Wi-Fi, so why is the Wi-Fi for the hotel guests second rate. We were also supposed to get $25 meal vouchers but we were told they no longer do that. BTW, the hotel website still states that there is a restaurant."
