“The apartment was EXTREMELY small, the pool and other amenities on the rooftop; especially the furniture were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were visible stains on the pillows and cushions which was very disappointing because I was really looking forward to enjoying this space during our stay. ALSO, there’s NO parking. The closest most convenient spot is the parking lot across the street which charges you $12/day. Imagine leaving for the day and getting charged...

“Location was great (very walkable) and communication with the very kind host was consistently quick. Even the rainy hunt for the key was fine. The issues started once we got inside.

“The room was adequate, okay for one night. The staff needs more customer service classes. Staff provided minimal information without being prompted. The airport shuttle is actually Lyft drivers who are called when needed, which is actually very convenient.”
