“Had a good time here in this residence and I did enjoy it. I kept extending my stay cos I love it here in Penang and with the residence. I was blamed for a minor crack in the room’s lamp which we did not do, but we manage to talk with the stuff about it through whatsapp and solve it. Lovely stuff, just the room cleaner they need to be quite and be honest sometimes, even to smile when you greet them. But overall I give the residents a 5 star”

“Very disappointed - not a luxury condo! Sadly cleaning was not through and hair was left in the shower alongside large parts of the grout were stained with mildew. Broken toilet seat in one bathroom- and the other had a bucket to catch the leak in the ceiling. One bedroom had a socket hanging off the wall nearly which was alarming. For a self catering apartment there was literally nothing to eat on or drink from - no glasses in the kitchen- and only one plate!! Check in was a huge digital...

“What a wonderful place! It’s clean, comfortable and very spacious, with beautiful architecture which reflects the best of the George Town heritage area. One of the very best homes I have stayed in on holiday, ever!”

“I stayed here and loved the amazing view and clean air. The place was very comfortable—using a digital key was easy, deliveries were convenient, and there are good restaurants nearby.”

“We were very happy with this apartment. We booked for a family of 5, 3 grown up children. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent. Easy walking to the rest of GeorgeTown shopping and eating. The Japanese restaurant downstairs was superb. There is no checking in desk. The Citadine Hotel communicated with us using WhatsApp. The process was fairly easy. At night apartment a little noisy with nearby traffic. Beds were comfy though. All in all we would...

“5인 가족여행으로 3박하는 동안 편안하게 지냈습니다. 세탁건조기가 있어서 더운 날씨에 바로 세탁과 건조할 수 있었고, 1층에 24시간 편의점이 있어서 간단한 먹거리와 식수를 구입할 수 있었습니다.”

“Helpful host, clean room. Need improvement in kitchen utensils, kettle and pots were stained badly.”

“Family friendly apartments and great facilities.”

“We booked the hotel BUT got NO indication how to check in. When we arrived at the hotel and contacted with the Agent, we were told that NO ROOM was lept for us and we were told to Grab to another hotel for 2 days (which was much poor in terms of facilities, even no micro-wave oven was provided and broken bed) for checking in. We got NO effective compensation. The We rebooked this hotel two days later and checked in. In general, the housing condition is good except the excedingly TERRIBLE...

“엘베는 조금 기다려야되긴하네요. 전체적으로 방이 엄청 넓고 헬스장 수영장 다 있어서 좋네요. ”
