The Royal Park Canvas - Ginza 8

"As a family of 3 traveling with a young child, this hotel was perfect for our Tokyo trip. The hotel's location was well located in central Ginza, with immediate accessibility to delicious food, shopping center, taxi, 711 and Family Mart, and Tsukiji fish market -- all within walking distance. The room was very clean and modern, and the hotel offered on-site laundry machine, which was a significant help since we stayed for 6 nights during the hot summer month of July. The staff were very kind and fluent in English, helping us make dining reservations and accommodating our baggage storage. I look forward in staying at this hotel again the next time I visit Tokyo."

"Unfortunately our stay is just so-so, too many rules in this hotel so when you checkin for 5 rooms at same time it is very slow and arduous process. Facilities ok but many closed early or unavailable"

"The location was really good, and the amenities were on top. My only concern is that was a plumbing problem on my bedroom that everytime we flush the toilet and unpleasant smell came out. We stayed 6 nights at the begining of our trip and then 2 nights at the end of the trip and the secon time there was a not a problem with the smell. The location was amazing, as we were on top of the train/subway station and within walking distance to Ginza, where we loved to have a western breakfast and dine. Wanted to check the Royal Park Ginza but I think this one is very well located and convinient."
