"The hotel is in a great location, no doubt about it. This was my second stay here. The entrance was pretty dirty, but once you get inside, the property is nice.
Check-in was slow, and the staff didn’t seem to be in the best mood. They came across as a little rude. However, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s also very easy to get to the River Walk from the hotel.
One thing to keep in mind is the valet parking. At $60 per night, I found it to be very expensive, especially since there’s parking available directly across the street for only $24.
Overall, despite the check-in experience, I would consider staying here again because of the convenient location, clean and spacious rooms, and easy access to the River Walk."
