"I booked two rooms side by side for our family and one of them wasn’t ready until 630pm when dinner was at 7 so half of us didn’t have enough time to get ready All but one elevator was operational, this made for consistently not being able to get a ride up or down as they were full, my room had shredded toilet paper in the bath tub, both of my booked rooms had missing hardware, I.e. knobs(room 815), the silver plate to cover the drain pipe n the tub (room 815) when we finally were able to catch a spot at the elevator we got all the way up there to realize the cards were programmed to another room. Room 815s cards consistently did not work so you can imagine having to wait forever to catch the one elevator to go down then wait forever to get back up each time this happened to us. The pillows were lumpy and hard like they were filled with stuffed animals. When they came to “clean” each day they didn’t even make the beds, only brought new towels and emptied the trash can.
The staffs customer service was excellent but did not help how horrible of a stay this was. We would’ve loved compensation to make us reconsider another stay and reassurance they would take this feedback to rectify their issues
