Despite their limited responsibilities, they went above and beyond to help me locate a safe pharmacy late at night. Their unwavering support ensured that I was able to retrieve my Uber and return to the hotel without any further complications. I regret not being able to remember their names. Furthermore, I would like to thank the housekeeping staff for their invaluable assistance during a challenging time when my daughter fell ill. Their prompt attention to my needs was greatly appreciated. Lastly, I would like to commend the gentleman at the club for his exceptional service in providing me with ice cubes. "The pool is VERY misleading. We sacrificed room space because the pool looked amazing. No food. No bar service. Much smaller than appears. Closed during the day 12-2 without notice. Came back for “golden hour” on a Tuesday after 5.00 only to be told “not Thursday yet”. Stay for the location. Not the pool or rooms. "
