"Excellent stay at this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and had a fabulous meal in the evening and the breakfast was delicious and very good value. Will definitely be staying again."

"I pulled a muscle while at the museum upon returning to hotel staff manager refused yo let me use a wheelchair for transport from car to lobby stating that chair was left by a guest and they were waiting to see if it was picked up. They refused me the aid of a rolling chair stating that it wasn’t used for that purpose. Not once did any staff member offer aid, suggestions, or concern. This issue meant that I had to wait outside in 94 degree heat for two hours while a muscle relaxer took hold. This is very poor customer service . "

"We had a twin room with the beds pushed together, when separated them the floor was a little grotty. There was only one big towel for the two of us. Except for that though, staff where super helpful, amenities where favourable, parkings good. Breakfasts good! Would stay again."
