"We stayed for just an overnight to see a show at the pageant and this hotel was the perfect treat to make the night extra special. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at Eclipse and had wonderful and friendly service the entire stay. "

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room we were given was profoundly dirty – the bathtub was unclean, the carpet was stained, and the bedding was also filthy. The front desk staff seemed surprised that we received such a room, and after being moved to another, it was also used and not cleaned. They explained it by saying they were short-staffed and fully booked, but I had made the reservation online the day before, so this excuse was not acceptable. After I asked for the manager, he was shocked, went upstairs to fix it, but when we returned, the room was still just as dirty. I do not understand how they can accommodate guests in such filthy, smelly rooms. We stayed just four hours and left, as it was unbearable – we couldn’t even lie down."
