"Clean room but showing signs of wear and tear with dated tv’s. We found it to be excellent value for money in an expensive city to visit. Enjoyed the pool, Gordon Ramsay’s and the pool. Excellent and easy link to the city via the sky train."

"We were really just spending time for the day there as we had a 2am flight out of Vancouver. The idea was that we would have dinner there. Something we will never do again. Ridiculously small child sized portions. My entree actually consisted of half a chicken wing, no more than two ounces of chicken breast, a spear of broccolini and half a smashed potato. $38.00. Come on. My wife’s meal was no better. No drinks, no dessert, $89.00. We visited the gift shop after to pick up snacks because we were still hungry. Apparently we’re not alone. Many people have left similar reviews."

"Nice room, funny and unusual art work and comfortable bed. Love the courtyard with the fire pit and all the flowers and trees. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It doesn’t hurt that there is a decent coffee shop right next door with an entrance in the lobby (Elysian Coffee). Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs nearby as well as a movie theatre, a small grocery store and a hospital. If you don’t mind a bit of a walk, there’s a beach nearby (Sunset Beach and English Bay). Lots of shopping to be had too, if that’s your thing 😉 I would definitely stay here again."

"Great location but rooms very out dated and not in the best shape. AC kept kicking on and off every night multiple times and it sounded like a bang every time. Woke us up multiple times through out the night. Pool area is fine but gym equipment is out dated and no chairs in pool area. Overall their sister property across the water is a better overall property, the location is even better if you don't mind a small ferry ride. The best part of this property was the downtown location but everything else...not so much."
