“We love staying at the Colton House and really enjoy the property overall and location in South Austin. Quiet, clean and more boutique like. We do wish they had a more extensive menu for lunch and snacks throughout the day. ”

“Great new property but it’s in a pretty industrial area. Lots of vagrants around which make you think twice about the open parking. They do have security patrolling and have controlled access to the lobby, but just be aware. The hotel itself is nice, clean and the rooms are well appointed for the price point.”
“Since it is made of wood made by furniture, I was very surprised that a spoon-sized cockroach entered between the floor and the gap between the furniture. I'm from Korea, but there's no big cockroach in Korea. It was at least 3 times bigger! It's noisy around, but it's rather attractive because its wonderful bars and atmosphere to enjoy of Austin. The room is big and comfortable. The bedding is clean and the cushion is good.

“This is a very family-friendly hotel with a great pool area that kids will love. It's conveniently located near downtown and within walking distance of the main strip and all amenities. The area feels very safe. A good breakfast is included, and the staff is warm and welcoming. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone.”
