하인즈 모텔

“The hotel has clean and comfortable, there were things to fix like the wall needed it to be fix, the paint was peeling.”

“The room and side was decent got lucky with a room that had door only accessible if you have a room in that section. Ac was okay but the room smell was a bit rough along with the bathroom door wouldn’t shut bathroom overflowed”

“The staff was wxtermely unaccomodating. The internet was not working but she did not even call maintenance or the manager to solve the issue”

“The bathroom was clean and the room tidy...and most of all ~ NO STRONG SMELLS! There were plenty of outlets for charging. The street out front was fairly busy, but the room was quiet. The mattress was comfy. I had to ask for a blow dryer and got one right away. The air conditioning works, but not necessary in the cooler months when I visited. I mainly chose this motel for it's location close enough to the Metra station (walkable or a cheap Uber ride). No pool or a gym at this affordable price....

“If I could have left zero stars I would. I didnt last 90 minutes in my room before I fled. The room was filthy, TV didn't work, stunk, sticky. There is no way I would have been able to sleep in that.”
